As a novice, it was a very well run event information was easy and the course was very friendly and very scenic.

Doesn‘t matter too much but having a course map before the race would be nice.

Seeing a course map prior to the event proved tricky and wasn’t sent out on the pre-event instructions.

As much as you could hope for. Well organised, scenic, and quite flat so good for a pb.

Good race, well organised. Excellent Marshall’s and gold number of them. The event lacks a bit of atmosphere on route as there are very few spectators who come out, no fault of the organisers of course. The only negative is the lack of toilets. There are some st the start but insufficient number of them, causing long queues and no toilets on route. Other than that all great, thanks to the organisers and Marshalls

Very enjoyable route, crowds at the richmond end of the route were very supportive.
Last 2 miles back towards the finish was very busy on the path.
Please improve the water stations for next year. Cups were too small, and after you grab them, there was barely 2 mouthfuls left.
Overall, it was a very good event!

The race was very well planned overall from the point of getting our numbers and that marshall being really supportive around the route! It was my first half marathon and I like how there were only around 600 runners so it didn't seem too serious. The flat route and very nice scenery around the river was a bonus too!

Ideally, to avoid running of grass as it was challenging
